When it comes to boxing, being an ideal guy with a degree in physical fitness is no different than a guy who can’t speak English and never finished high school. Boxing is a very complex sport that is understood by few, but by less who can communicate the sport effectively.

There is one CORRECT WAY to do every aspect of boxing, and 36 variations of the correct way. Size, weight, height, left handed, or right handed all make no difference when trying to develop a boxer into an all around fighter. Being able to recognize the boxer’s natural talents, and having the knowledge and expertise needed to build around those natural talents takes great ability on a coaches part.
