It’s a total body athletic workout with a definite boxing feel, combining cardiovascular conditioning with strength exercises. Whether you’re aiming to go pro or just get in shape, this boxing fundamental class shows you how by incorporating punches, as well as athletic drills, designed to get you ready for the ring.

Boxing (Intermediate and Advanced)
Our Boxing Intermediate and Advanced class is the 22nd part of our Boxing Fundamental Class catered to our more serious athletics. Similar to our fundamental class, our intermediate advanced class also incorporates challenging speed and agility drills and athletic drills with a primary focus on preparing you for the ring?
This class is for anyone looking to improve their boxing knowledge and skill level. This class is for “more serious” trainers but it is NOT limited to athlete only looking to compete.
Youth Boxing Program
If you are looking for a challenging, mentally stimulating, physically demanding and just plain fun activity for your kids, then you found it… BOXING!
Our youth boxing program utilizes basic conditioning and exercises drill designed to improve cardio-fitness and introduce boxing specific drills and techniques with opportunity to advance levels up to sparring. (Exercises include warm-ups, boxing technique drills, and overall conditioning)
